After your order is submitted
Normally, it will take 1 working day for us to prepare your order. That means, orders on Friday will be ready in the store on Monday night; orders on Monday will be ready on Tuesday night. Once your order is ready, we will inform you through whatsapp. Photo of your goods will be sent to you before delivery. Please do the primary checking.
If you need an official receipt (with company chop), please tell us.
Some of the + lens (long-sighted lens) require special order, which will take for 8 weeks, please be patient.

Pickup in Store (Accept Cash/Credit Card):
You can come to our store to pick up after you get our notice.

Delivery Service (Accept Bank Transfer/Pay in store):
1. Delivery fee $30 per order.
2. You can also choose to pick up in: EF Locker / S.F. Service Partner Location / SF Business Station / SF Store
After the completion of bank transfer, please take a photo and send to +852 9484 1381 through whatsapp. As we will give the package to the delivery company in the next day. Once we hand the package to the delivery company, it should arrive within 1 ~ 2 days, except for SF station. For SF station, please contact SF hotline +852 2730 0273 for information. If nobody receives the package, the package will be disposed.
Apart from bank transfer, you can come to our store for payment in cash/credit card.

Returns & refunds
No exchange/refund after used. If there is any problems about product quality, please feel free to contact us.
Photo of products will be sent to customers before delivery for a primary checking, please let us know if there is any mistakes. We will fix it immediately.
When the goods arrived, please check them before using. If there is any mistakes, please whatsapp us as soon as possible, so that we can arrange an exchange for that.
Exchange/refund sevice fee: $40/box.
Refund: 30% of the product value.
Only unused products (At least 14 months before the expire date) can be exchanged/refunded.
Exchange/refund can only be done within 6 months after the date of the receipt.
Customers should bring the receipt for any exchange/refund.
$50 for each reprinted receipt.
In case of dispute, R and B Optical reserves the right of final decision.
